Mayo Salmon
contributed by Maera
This is really easy and very good.
The Recipe
Get some salmon fillets (not steaks).
Spread some mayonnaise on top--a little more
than a sandwich, but not too much.
Sprinkle some dill and lemon pepper on top.
I use fresh dill, but dried will work.
Cook in the oven at 350F till done,
I'd say about 25-30 minutes, depending on how
flaky you like it.
It's good with asparagus on the side, too.
The Reviews
Markus:
I had the mayo salmon. I would give it 3.5 stars.
Here are the good things I will say about it...
1. It's easy to make. Spread on some mayo, shake on some herbage and bume you're done.
2. It's pretty good. I still think I prefer salmon broiled (or, even better, grilled) with some butter and dill, but this is easy and not
bad.
I would say that I would make it again, it was easy, and it was pretty tasty.
I spose that's it.
