Curry Glazed Chicken

This dish kicks ass since it only takes about 3 minutes of prep time.
I always like to make a lot more of the sauce because I never seem
to have enough.
The Recipe
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard (I use Silver Springs in the squeeze bottle)
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 pounds boneless chicken breast
Preheat the oven to 375 F. While the oven is preheating, put the
butter into a 9x13 baking dish. Throw the dish into the oven so
the butter melts. When the butter is melted, remove the pan and
stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the chicken). Once
it is well mixed, add the chicken and coat it with the sauce. Bake
at 375 for 45 minutes, turning the chicken over after 20 minutes.
Serve with rice or something good to sop up the sauce.
