title

Command : Title.
Format  : set title <message>
Example : set title is hopelessly lost

     If you are over eval 50, you may set your own title with the above
command.  Titles may be no longer than 40 characters in length.

     If you are under level 50, you may wish to buy a titler from a magic
vending machine.
